Here is the beginning of the foundation, it has to be built one foot higher than the middle of the street.

One of the first things we did after buying the property and deciding to build a casita was to pitch the cement patio .

Our casita

Many people have been curious to see what our casita is.

In 2007 we found a contractor that could built a small RV Support building in the middle of our lot . We wanted extra room on each side so we can park the motor home and have a guest site.

The construction began in Aug 2007 and completed in Nov 2007.
